What Your Warranty Covers

  • Vinyl Frame: Covered for life against chipping, cracking, peeling, and blistering
  • Insulated Glass Units: Lifetime coverage against seal failure causing obstruction (fogging/moisture)
  • Exterior Coating: 15-year protection against peeling, cracking, blistering, and significant fading
  • Accidental Glass Breakage: Replacement glass provided during the warranty period
  • Labor Coverage: Included for insulated glass warranty work for up to 20 years

Warranty Details

  • Warranty applies to single-family residential homes
  • Commercial and multi-family installations have different coverage terms
  • Warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized dealer
  • Condensation is not a defect and is not covered
  • Registration must be completed within 90 days of receiving your product.
